XPeng G6 EV Launching Soon in Nepal

XPeng, a well-known Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, is gearing up to launch its highly anticipated G6 model in the Nepalese market. The launch will be handled by CG Motors, the official distributor for XPeng in Nepal. Founded in 2014, XPeng has quickly gained a reputation for producing innovative and reliable electric cars, with the XPeng G6 set to make its debut in Nepal soon.

Platform of XPeng G6

The XPeng G6 is built on the SEPA 2.0 platform. It has a versatile foundation that supports various types of vehicles, including sedans, coupes, SUVs, and even pick-up trucks. This platform also helps XPeng speed up its research and development process by 20%. Hence, giving it a competitive edge. The G6 is the first model to use the SEPA 2.0 platform, showcasing XPeng’s commitment to innovation.

Performance and Range

The XPeng G6 is expected to be launched at the upcoming NADA Auto Show 2024 in Kathmandu. It is powered by a 210 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). It delivers a maximum power of 286 PS and a torque of 440 Nm. Additionally, it features an 87.5 kWh ternary lithium battery. XPeng G6 offers an impressive range of 570 km on a single charge. Charging is convenient too – it takes about 13 hours to fully charge using a 7.2 kW AC charger. Additionally, it takes only about an hour to charge from 10% to 80% using a 60 kW DC charger.

• LED projector headlights with daytime running lights (DRLs)

• Advanced collision prevention, lane centering, lane change assistance, and lane departure warning
• Blind spot monitoring, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking
• XPILOT 4.0 autonomous driving system

The G6 also features dual-zone climate control with a pollen filter and a heat pump, enhancing comfort for all passengers.

Spacious and Stylish

Measuring 4753 mm in length, 1920 mm in width, and 1650 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2890 mm, the XPeng G6 offers plenty of space. It has a ground clearance of 160 mm and a kerb weight of 2095 kg. The spacious boot can hold 571 liters, expandable to 1374 liters, making it perfect for long trips and family outings. The G6 rides on sleek 20-inch alloy wheels, adding to its dynamic and stylish appearance.

Pricing and Availability of XPeng G6

The XPeng G6 is expected to be priced between NRs. 1.00 Crores to NRs. 1.30 Crores in Nepal. The RWD Long Range version is anticipated to be the first variant launched in the market.
