The updated BS6.2-compliant version of the XPulse 200 4V boasts significant improvements. It now features a powerful LED projector headlight, which is claimed to be 230% brighter than the previous version. The bike comes with a relocated USB port on the instrument cluster, updated switchgear, and an enhanced instrument cluster displaying real-time mileage and ABS modes. Additionally, the console is now equipped with Bluetooth connectivity via the Hero Connect app, offering access to various features such as tow alert, accident alert, last parked location, geo-fencing, and a new malfunction notification introduced with the OBS-2 update.

The Pro variant of the XPulse 200 4V comes with extra accessories to enhance its sporty appeal, including handlebar risers, an extended gear lever, a long side-stand, and longer-travel adjustable suspension units on both ends. The Rally Edition body graphics further complement its adventurous look. Both variants also feature a 60mm taller windshield and fuller, closed-loop hand guards for added protection. The rider’s footpegs have been strategically placed 35mm lower and 8mm more rear-set, providing better off-roading comfort.

Powering the XPulse 200 4V is a 200cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine delivering 19.1PS of power and 17.35Nm of torque. The engine is not only BS6.2-compliant but is also E20 compatible, allowing it to run on a fuel blend consisting of 80 percent petrol and 20 percent ethanol. The bike comes with a 5-speed transmission and has a 13-liter fuel tank capacity.

The base variant of the XPulse 200 4V is equipped with a 37mm telescopic fork with 190mm travel at the front and a 10-step-preload-adjustable rear mono-shock with 170mm wheel travel. On the other hand, the Pro variant’s front suspension is fully adjustable, providing 250mm of travel, and its rear suspension offers 220mm of wheel travel.

For braking, both variants come with a 276mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear, complemented by a standard single-channel ABS system. The bike features a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels fitted with 90-section and 120-section dual-purpose tubeless tires, respectively.
