The Pulsar 150 boasts a modest range of features. It retains its bikini fairing, with a halogen headlight and pilot lamps. While the tail lamp is now an LED unit, the indicators continue to use halogen bulbs. The bike still incorporates the same semi-digital instrument cluster as before. The backlit switchgear on the Pulsar 150 adds a touch of premiumness and enhances practicality during night rides.

Both variants utilize gas-charged dual shock absorbers at the rear. The twin-disc variant is equipped with a 280mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc, while the single-disc variant has a smaller 260mm front disc and a 130mm drum unit at the rear. Single-channel ABS is standard on both variants.
